x402 Proxy only permits paywalling content on domains the account holder has verified they control, and requires account holders to affirm they hold the rights to what they monetize. If you believe a route infringes your copyright, you can have it disabled by sending a notice.
Copyright notices should be sent to our designated agent:
[email protected]
ForgeMesh — Copyright Agent
Our agent is also registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) must include all of the following:
/p/… link).Submit at https://proxy.forgemesh.io/dmca/notice (JSON), or email the six items to our agent above.
On a facially valid notice we act expeditiously to disable the route and freeze its unpaid earnings.
If your route was disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice including your name, contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief of mistake, and your consent to federal court jurisdiction. Send it to our agent. Unless the complainant files a court action, the material is restored in 10–14 business days.
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers and disable all of their routes.
